Where to order any product of Computerized Multi-Function Cooker Series using this online ordering service,
we will provide free delivery service in Hong Kong area (not including remote areas, islands).

For other products, we will provide free delivery service when purchasing HKD1000 or more and in one order with one delivery address. Purchasing from HKD500 to HKD999, that will be charged HKD50 delivery fee. Purchasing from HKD100 to HKD499, that will be charged HKD100 delivery fee. Under HKD100 will not provide any delivery service.

District Delivery date:

Monday and Thursday: Sha Tin, Ma On Shan, Sai Kung, Tsing Yi, Tsuen Wan, Tseung Kwan O, Lai King and Kowloon region.
Tuesday and Friday: Tai Po, Fanling, Sheung Shui, Yuen Long, Tin Shui Wai, Tuen Mun, Sham Tseng, New Territories region.
Wednesday: Hong Kong Island region.
Saturday and Sunday: Off.
Tung Chung, Ma Wan and other remote areas, need HKD150 delivery fee.
No delivery Islands areas.

District Delivery time:

The delivery time from Monday to Friday at about 14:00pm to 18:00 pm,
The exact time will be notified by the driver on the phone before delivery.
Since the different delivery volume every day, the driver can not determine in advance the delivery time.
in order to avoid unnecessary misunderstanding,
please allow time for waiting delivery.

Delivery details:

1. Delivery service is only available in Hong Kong. If additional freight cost
　charged by other logistics companies, additional waiting time or uncertain
　customer information and address will not accepted in this case. All
　delivery fee are on delivery by cash.
2. Our staff will contact the customer 30 minutes before arrival to ensure the
　goods can be received. If customer cannot be reached, we may have to
　re-schedule the delivery. Therefore, customer is kindly requested to ensure
　the contact person is reachable before delivery and available to receive the
　goods. If the goods cannot be delivered to the customer successfully in our
　second attempt, the customer have to pick up their purchases at the branch
　where the order was placed.
3. An additional fee of HK$10 will be charged for each floor after first two
　floors for any deliveries to buildings without a lift.
4. In the case of a lift being out of service on the day of delivery, every
　effort will be made to deliver the goods, or arrangements will be made to
　re-schedule for another convenient time.
5. Delivery will be suspended whenever a typhoon signal No.8 is hosted or
　black rainstorm warning is in effect. Arrangements will be made to
　re-schedule.
6. All products sold are under our terms and conditions of refund or change
　of product(s).The customer will need to bring along her purchase together
　with its sales invoice to our branch in order to be refunded.
7. Can not be combined with other offers, except member discount.
8. Purchase over HKD1000 can apply to member. For application, please
　stated at remarks columns.
9. All personal information only for the delivery purposes, not for any other
　purpose, except to apply for membership as you want.
10. Goldenwell Electrical Appliance Ltd. reserves the right to make any
　amendments to the terms and conditions without prior notice. Goldenwell
　Electrical Appliance Ltd. reserves the right to make the final decision in
　case of any disputes.

凡於本公司網上訂購微電腦多功能營養鍋系列之湯煲，
本公司將提供香港本地(不包括偏遠地區、離島)的免費送貨服務，

其他產品於同一訂單及送貨地址，購買滿HKD1000或以上將提供免費送貨服務， 購買滿HKD500至HKD999將收取HKD50送貨費用，購買滿HKD100至HKD499將收取HKD100送貨費用，HKD100以下不設送貨服務。

各區送貨日期﹕

星期一及星期四﹕沙田、馬鞍山、西貢、青衣至荃灣、將軍澳、荔景、九龍全區。
星期二及星期五﹕大埔、粉嶺至上水、元朗、天水圍、屯門、深井、新界各區。
星期三﹕香港島全區。
星期六及日﹕休息。
愉景灣、東涌及馬灣等偏遠地區，需另加收HK$150送貨費用。
離島地區不設送貨。

各區送貨時間﹕

本公司送貨時間為星期一至星期五下午約二時至六時，
確實時間將會由司機於送貨前親自打電話通知。
由於每天送貨量不同，司機不能提前決定送貨時間，
為免產生不必要的誤會，
請各位顧客提早預留時間等待司機送貨，
不便之處，敬請原諒。

送貨細則﹕

1. 送貨地址只適用於香港地區，如沒有明確收貨資料或明確地址
　恕不受理。所有送貨服務均貨到付現金。
2. 送貨同事會在達前的30分鐘，聯絡客戶確保有客戶收貨。若聯
　絡不到客戶，可能需要另約送貨時間，故請客戶在預約時間內
　確保收貨地點有收貨人簽收貨品。
3. 若送貨樓宇沒有升降機，首兩層免費，其後每層收附加費港幣
　$ 10元。
4. 如在送貨當日升降機發生故障，本公司將盡力將貨品送抵府上
　，惟必要時會另約送貨時間。
5. 當懸掛8號風球或黑雨警告時，將會暫停送貨服務。本公司會
　再聯絡客人預約收貨時間。
6. 所有貨品均受本公司之退換條款及細則所約束，客人須攜同
　貨品與所有購買時附送之贈品及發票到分店作退換貨手續。
7. 除會員優惠外，不能與其他優惠同時使用。
8. 於本公司惠顧滿港幣$ 1000元時，即可申請成為VIP會員。
9. 所有個人資料只作是次送貨之用，不會用於其他用途。
10. 金樂電器有限公司保留更改使用條款的權利，而毋須另行通
　知更改內容及最新條款，並保留最終決定權。
